Display home with leaseback - do I need landlord insurance?

We'll be settling an a display home next week. It will be leased-back for 2-3 years and make it our PPOR afterwards. We've got home and contents insurance but I'm thinking if we still need to get landlord insurance? Is it still necessary? Gold Coast Property Property Queensland
