hot water system- First timer

Hi all,The PM called this morning. The hot water system in the IP has broken down.:eek:This is my first IP and first time issue.How does it work from here. I mean can I ask the PM to get a quote and I get mine?Any suggestions on the hot water systems?? How much I looking at? Gold Coast Property Property Queensland
