Should I be worried? Rent still behind, no contact from tenant...what would you do?

As I posted recently, rent was about 12 days behind. Breach notice was issued after the 7 days, and the 7 days to remedy period has now been and gone.Talked to PM and they said that they had been trying to call the tenants for the past week but no answer and no response to messages.
